Our Service and Repair Division utilizes a tracking software known as ESC, Electronic Service Control. It is a dispatch report program that enables our technicians to have the most current contact information and detailed job instructions for each customer. Along with our in-house staff manning the scheduling and gathering of material, Metro Fire Service and Repair Division goes above and beyond the call of duty.
